Leah Solomon, M.S., CCC-SLP is an Illinois state licensed and nationally certified speech language pathologist. Leah received an undergraduate degree in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Teacher’s College-Columbia University.

Leah has experience working with a wide population of children both in the school setting and in her private practice. Through this she has gained experience evaluating and treating clients with speech, language, and learning needs. Leah specializes in articulation disorders, phonological disorders, late talking and language development, as well as complex intellectual and physical disabilities. Leah understands that each child and family is different and therefore therapy must be tailored to address each individual. Leah also believes communication between therapists, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders is an essential part of your child’s speech therapy program.

Leah grew up in Northbrook and currently resides in Deerfield with her husband and two sons. In her free time, Leah enjoys taking workout classes, cooking, and going for walks with her family.
